The front has "painting the roses red" and the back has a rose on the butt, like Lola's pirate :)
I also made an Alice tank for Charlotte's big sister, Kate:

Charlotte Rose
my boss, Christie, had a little girl in October named Charlotte Rose so I used my new Alice in Wonderland-themed embroidery patterns to make her a onesie with a rose theme ...
